YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage in and to the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
Lot 1499, BEACON WOODS VILLAGE SEVEN, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 12, Pages 31, 32 and 33, in the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the plaintiffs' attorney, whose name and address is: Harvey Schonbrun, Esquire, 1802 North Morgan Street, Tampa, Florida 33602-2328, on or before 3-25-19, and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service of plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
