NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 08, 2019, and entered in 2017CA003595CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ASSET BACKED SECURITIES CORPORATION HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST SERIES NC 2005-HE8 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES NC 2005-HE8 is the Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER P. TRUPPI, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATEOF DONALD TRUPPI, DECEASED; CHRISTOPHER P. TRUPPI; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; THE RIVER RIDGE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF THE GLEN AT RIVER RIDGE, INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on March 21, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
