NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 08, 2019, and entered in 2018CA002005CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR MERRILL LYNCH MORTGAGE INVESTORS TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-A8 is the Plaintiff and LORI L. CHILDS A/K/A LORI CHILDS A/K/A L. CHILDS A/K/A L.L. CHILDS; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on March 21, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
