NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and entered in the above styled case, wherein THE ESTATE OF NELY ORSINI., is the Plaintiff and CLEAM SALTER, is the Defendant, that the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on March 29th, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in an on-line sale at HILLSBOROUGH County's Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property:
Lot 1, and the North 1/2 of Lot 2, and West 5 feet closed alley abutting on East, Block 27 in SULPHUR SPRINGS ADDITION TO TAMPA FLA., according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 5, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, all lying and being in section 30, Township 28 South, Range 19 East.
