NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 6th day of February 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-007546, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and FRANCIS X. PUTROW; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANCIS X. PUTROW; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS OF THE ESTATE OF MICHAEL F. PUTROW, DECEASED; MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; COUNTRYWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAKES OF COUNTRYWAY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LAUREN PUTROW; JONATHAN PUTROW; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 12th day of March 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
