NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of February, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-002840, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and CHAD ALLEN CARVER A/K/A CHAD A. CARVER A/K/A CHAD CARVER; CHARLINE CARVER A/K/A CHARLINE A. CARVER A/K/A CHARLINE ANN CARVER K/N/A CHARLINE A. MASON F/K/A CHARLINE ANN KIRKLAND; SUNCOAST SCHOOL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; NICHOLAS LEE MASON A/K/A NICHOLAS L. MASON; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. PAT FRANK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 11th day of April, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
