NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 13, 2018, and entered in 2017 CA 004025 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES 2006-SD3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-SD3 is the Plaintiff and JAY W. MACINTOSH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAY W. MACINTOSH; PRESIDENT MORTGAGE LLC; THE LANDINGS MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE LANDINGS TREEHOUSE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE FUNDING, INC. are the Defendant(s).
