AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and LEE ANN FLEISSNER; SUNTRUST BANK; STONEYBROOK AT VENICE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 18, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
