NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-002116 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein SunTrust Bank, Plaintiff and Ellen Marie Szipocs, as Successor Trustee of the Gilbert C. Murphy and Emilie M. Murphy Revocable Trust Agreement, Under Agreement Dated September 27, 2006 are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Angelina Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 30, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
