NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 4, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018CA003031000000 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR REO TRUST 2017-RPL1 is Plaintiff and JOHN D. NEIL; CARLA J. NEIL; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, STACY M. BEGINNING AT A POINT 522 FEET NORTH AND 875 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF GOVERNMENT LOT 3 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, THENCE RUN NORTH 152 FEET, THENCE WEST 50 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 152 FEET, THENCE EAST 50 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS ROADWAY, ALL LYING AND BEING IN POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
