NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27 day of December, 2018, entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-000865-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION , NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT is the Plaintiff and VIRGINIA JOHNSON A/K/A VIRGINIA J. JOHNSON; NEAL LOVELL JOHNSON; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA DOMINIC PAGLIAROLI; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 NKA SCOTT MAIO, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder at Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M., in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 24 day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
