NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 112018CA0004180001XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A, THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-45, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-45 is Plaintiff and MARK LOPEZ; LORI LOPEZ; LEONARD E. GARDNER A/K/A LEONARD GARDNER; JOANNE GARDNER; JAMIE L. KENEFAKE A/K/A JAMIE KENEFAKE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMIE L. KENEFAKE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; RIVERSIDE CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY; are defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 24 day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 610, BUILDING āEā, RIVERSIDE CLUB CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 814, PAGE 1361 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
