NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered by the Court on May 24, 2018 and the Order Granting Motion for an Order Re-Scheduling Foreclosure Sale Date After Bankruptcy Dismissal entered by the Court on December 14, 2018 and docketed on December 17, 2018 in Civil Case Number 532018CA000721000000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIV TRUST is the Plaintiff and DENNIS MACKEY; GLORETHA MACKEY; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, et. al. are the Defendants, Stacy M.
