NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 18, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 18-005115-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MILL CITY MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2017-1 WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS TRUSTEE, Plaintiff and TAMMY WALLER A/K/A TAMMY LEE WALLER; JOSEPH FOUST A/K/A JOSEPH DWAYNE FOUST; are defendants, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 AM on February 1, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
