TO: ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE UNRECORDED TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JULY 21, 2003, ALSO KNOWN AS THE TRUST AGREEMENT OF ANNE-MARIE DOHERTY.
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you to foreclose a mortgage on the following property located in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 65, Millbrook Groves, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 40, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon Plaintiff's Attorney, Katherine Koener, Esquire, whose address is Awerbach | Cohn, 28100 U.S. Hwy. 19 North, Suite 104, Clearwater, Florida 33761, within 30 days of the first date of publication, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
