NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2018 in the above action, the Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pinellas, Florida, on February 1, 2019, at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 8, BLOCK “D”, VIRGINIA GROVES TERRACE, FIFTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOK 51, PAGES 43 AND 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
