NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2018-CA-002902 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, Plaintiff and Diana K. Hutto are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on January 25, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 36, BUILDING B-86, ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT 62, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5458, PAGE 1248, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, AND AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73, PAGE 61 THROUGH 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
