NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on December 4, 2018 in Civil Case No. 18-005729-CI , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL ROBERT SHELDON; JUSTIN ALEXANDER SHELDON; DEANNA BROOKS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DANIEL ROBERT SHELDON N/K/A ERIN DALY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUSTIN ALEXANDER SHELDON N/K/A ANGELA SHELDON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DEANNA BROOKS; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A ELIZABETH ZBIKOWSKI; DANIEL ROBERT SHELDON AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES E SHELDON A/K/A JAMES EDWARD SHELDON ALL BY VIRTUE OF A POTENTIAL ESTATE INTEREST; JUSTIN ALEXANDER SHELDON AS A PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES E SHELDON A/K/A JAMES EDWARD SHELDON ALL BY VIRTUE OF A POTENTIAL ESTATE INTEREST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Ken Burke, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on January 31, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, DEL ORO GARDENS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
