Bear Stearns Mortgage Funding Trust 2006-AR2, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-AR2, is the Plaintiff and Paul John Zborovsky aka Paul Zborovsky aka Paul John Zborovsky, Sr., Unknown Party #1 NKA PAUL JOHN ZBOROVSKY, JR., Bankers Insurance Company, Donald D. Anderson, Great Northern Equipment Distributing, Inc., International Fidelity Insurance Company, Lee County, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court, R.H. Donnelley, Inc. successor by merger to R. H. Donnelley Publishing & Advertising, Inc. f/k/a Sprint Publishing & Advertising, Inc., State of Florida, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 24 day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
