NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 30, 2018, and entered in Case No. 41 2011CA008549AX, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is Plaintiff and ROGER WELCH; KATHY C. WELCH; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES; are defendants. ANGELINA (ANGEL) COLONNESO, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 30th day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 147.90 FEET OF THE EAST 247.90 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK I, PLAT OF ELLENTON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 133, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
