NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated October 25, 2018, and entered in Case No. 36-2017-CA-003343 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wilmington Trust, National Association, as Successor Trustee to Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for Bear Stearns Alt-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-4, is the Plaintiff and Gladys L. Torrejos, Randy F. Torrejos, HSBC Mortgage Corporation (USA), Three Oaks I Master Association, Inc., Timberwalk at Three Oaks Homeowners' Association, Inc., are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 23 day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
