Collins; Mark Collins; San Simeon Phase I Residents' Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1 in Possession of the Property n/k/a Marc Silva; Unknown Tenant #2 in Possession of the Property n/k/a Giane Silva, are Defendants, Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 25 day of January, 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
