NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 31, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-CC-1555 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE MARINA MANOR I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF NAPLES, INC. is Plaintiff, and SHAWQI H. RAYYAN ; JERRY S. RAYYAN ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAWQI H. RAYYAN N/K/A MARY RAYYAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JERRY S. RAYYAN N/K/A SUMMER RAYYAN; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL the Clerk's street address for auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 31 day of January, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 303-A, Marina Manor, Unit I, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 285, Pages 856 to 930, inclusive, in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
