HARDEGREE A/K/A KENNETH ROGERS HARDEGREE; GLENDA F HILL A/K/A GLENDA FERN HILL A/K/A GLENDA HILL HARDEGREE; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
