NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2018, and entered in Case No. 53-2016-CA-002655 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Green Emerald Homes, LLC, Miriam M. Padron, Princeton Manor Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Timothy Campbell, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Sherry Campbell, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 22nd day of January, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
