Dasher, II, Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc., Castle Credit Co Holdings, LLC, Poinciana Village Seven Association, Inc., Polk County, Florida, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Shayla Ligon, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Artavis Williams, are defendants, the Polk County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.polk.realforeclose.com, Polk County, Florida at 10:00am EST on the 30th day of January, 2019 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
