NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 31, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2018-CC-1856, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. 3435 ENTERPRISE CONDIMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DIAPAZON USA, LLC, a Florida limited liability company are Defendants. I, Crystal K. Kinzel, the Clerk of Court for Collier County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County, Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 31 day of January, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit
Unit Nos. 29 and 30, 3435 ENTERPIRSE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 3829, Page 2664-2775, inclusive, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in all common elements appurtenant thereto. Parcel I.D.: 76720000589
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
