Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment entered in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, the Clerk of Collier County will sell the property situated in Collier County Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 101, BUILDING 828 PAVILION CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE CONVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1354, PAGE 165 THROUGH 258 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
at the public sale to the highest bidder on JANUARY 31, 2019 at 11:00AM on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
