Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that the Clerk of Court of Polk County, Florida will sell the following property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:

Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 23, proceed South along West lot line for 45 feet, then Southeasterly to SE corner of Lot 23, then Northerly along East lot line for 50 feet to NE corner of Lot 23, then Northwesterly along Lot line to Point of Beginning, and lot 24, in Block 12. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Court. Final payment must be made on or before 12:00 P.M. (Noon) the day following the sale by cash or cashier's check.
