COMES NOW, the Plaintiffs, GAIL KESTER CLARK and THOMAS CLARK, by and through the undersigned attorney, and hereby gives notice that a civil action has been instituted on the above action, and is now pending in the Circuit Court of the State of Florida, County of Lee, on December 21, 2018. Case No: 18-CA-6199.
1. Lot 4, Block A, Amended Plat of Country Manor, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 2, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

Myers, FL 33907, on or before February 12, 2019, and file the original with the clerk of this court at Lee County Justice Center, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
