NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018CA-002659-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit, in and for POLK County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and JOHN DAVID WEBER, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on February 4, 2019, beginning at 10:00A.M., at www.polk. realforeclose.com , the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in POLK County, Florida, to wit:

A 1/331ST INTEREST IN THE RECREATION AREA AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT OF LAKE MARIANA ACRES, PLAT BOOK 64 PAGE 10 AND LOT 232 OF LAKE MARIANA ACRES UNIT TWO, PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 35 & 36, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH 1981 CRAF MOBILE HOME, ID# 5089A AND 5089B, TITLE# 19156230 AND PARCEL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER 062826527020002200.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
