NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 29, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-001449 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which CIT Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Mario Lima, deceased, Miriam M. Medina a/k/a Miriam Medina, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Valencia Lakes at Orangetree Homeowners Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 31 day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
