NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 29, 2018, entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-001579-0001-XX ofthe Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-QS5 is the Plaintiff and Robert G. Stahl; Carole M. Stahl a/kla Carole L. Stahl; Naples Lakes Country Club Homeowners Association, Inc.; The Huntington National Bank, successor by merger to Citizens Bank, successor by merger to Republic Bank are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the January 31, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 103, OF NAPLES LAKES COUNTRY CLUB UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35 PAGE 21-25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
