NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 4 day of January, 2019, in Civil Action No. 2018-CC-001200, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which DAVID PASKO, JR., and SARAH PASKO, are the Defendants, and REFLECTION LAKES AT NAPLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 31 day of January, 2019, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
LOT 427, REFLECTION LAKES AT NAPLES - PHASE 3D, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
