NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of December, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017 CA 005032 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein TOOKRAK CAPITAL PARTNERS LLC is the Plaintiff and KOWLOON INVESTMENTS, LLC, A MISSOURI LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; JESSE ARRON DAVILA A/K/A JESSE A. DAVILA; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 7th day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 10, BLOCK H, UNIT NO. 2 FOREST LAKES COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS PER PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A POINT ON THE WESTERLY RIGHT WAY LINE OF BENEVA ROAD (100 FEET) FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE SOUTH 0°01'27” WEST ALONG SAID WESTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 20.51 FEET; THENCE NORTH 77°10'18” WEST ALONG A LINE PARALLEL TO AND 20 FEET FROM THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 10, 52.62 FEET; THENCE NORTH 60°00'00” WEST, 67.74 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 10; THENCE SOUTH 77°10'18” EAST, ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY LINE OF LOT 10, 112.80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
