NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Jan 2, 2019 , and entered in 18-CA-003826 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC is the Plaintiff and DENNIS DE CARLO A/K/A DENNIS DECARLO; DONNA DE CARLO A/K/A DONNA DECARLO; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA'S WHOLESALE LENDER; BELLAMAR AT BEACHWALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A BELLAMAR AT BEACHWALK VIII, CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BEACH WALK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
