THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-BC4 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DONALD A. BYRD, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 4TH day of FEBRUARY, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
