NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Jan 2, 2019, and entered in 18-CA-003469 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is the Plaintiff and ORLANDO SINGH; MICHELLE SINGH; STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC AKA STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY MASTER HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on Feb 1, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
