Linda Doggett as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 1, 2019 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 322, BUILDING 13625, OF MUSA AT DANIELS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2006000193278, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
