YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a Joint Petition for Adoption by Stepparent has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Melinda P. Riddle, Esq., whose address is 4532 Tamiami Trail East, Ste. 304, Naples, Florida 34112, on or before February 10, 2019, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
