NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated October 2, 2018, and was recorded October 11, 2018, in the Official Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as Instrument Number 2018134443, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the LONGBOAT BAY CLUB RESORT Manager's Office, 3200 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Sarasota, FL 34232 on the 31st day of January, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, to-wit:
A timeshare estate consisting of an undivided one-fifth-first (1/51) interest in fee simple as tenant in common in and to the Condominium Unit Numbers and Week Numbers as set forth herein below as well as the exclusive right each year to use and occupy the Unit within LONGBOAT BAY CLUB, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1666, Page 538, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida and all amendments and exhibits thereto, if any.
