DORIA; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA; PATRICIA DIMONDA; TARA DORIA; JODAT LAW GROUP PA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST CHRISTINE DIMONDA, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE CHRISTINE DIMONDA FAMILY TRUST, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CHARLES DIMONDA; ROBERT DIMONDA; PATRICIA DIMONDA AS EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE OF CHRISTINE DIMONDA; PATRICIA DIMONDA AS TRUSTEE OF THE CHRISTINE DIMONDA FAMILY TRUST are the Defendant(s).
