NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-002244 Div. C of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, is the Plaintiff and PATRICIA HACKSHAW A/K/A PATRICIA ELIACIN A/K/A PATRICIA LAVERNE ANDERSON A/K/A PATRICIA BRAUD, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TAVIA JACKSON, CITY OF TAMPA, GLENSON HACKSHAW, CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA) N.A., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash on February 5, 2019, beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 7 and 8, Block 16, NEBRASKA AVENUE HEIGHTS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 41, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
