NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-000016-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Gail M. Pawlus, Mark E. Pawlus, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 5th day of February, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 3, BLOCK 3, REDINGTON BEACH HOMES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 109, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
