NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 2, 2019 in Civil Case No. 14-009049-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC is Plaintiff and TERRI L POYTHRESS, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of February, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 78, ORANGE ESTATES OF ST. PETERSBURG, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
