NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 8th day of November 2018, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-010403, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC, is the Plaintiff and JUAN C. GARZA; LOURDES GARZA; COPPER RIDGE/BRANDON HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 6th day of February 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
