TO: CHRISTOPHER E. RUFF and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described 2007 GMC SIERRA TRUCK, VIN 2GTEC13C971731517 (hereinafter the “Property”). Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about December 3, 2018, at or near Bryan Dairy Road and 74th Street N., Seminole, Pinellas County, Florida, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Final Order of Forfeiture perfecting the right, interest and title to the Property for the use or benefit of the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2018).
