NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-004680-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for ABFC 2006-HE1 Trust is the Plaintiff and Danny Baird; Unknown Spouse of Danny Baird; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE PART OF BLOCK 6, FUTRELL'S SUBDIVISION OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST (A/K/A MAP OR TOWN OF YELLOW BLUFF, PLAT RECORDED IN DEED BOOK S, PAGE 234) OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE NORTHWEST INTERSECTION OF ST. LOUIS AVENUE AND BANANA STREET, RUN WEST 300 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 160 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 100 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST 100 FEET, THENCE RUN SOUTH 100 FEET, THENCE RUN EAST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
