NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of October, 2018, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 18-002626-CI, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on February 5, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
