MARCELLUS A/K/A MARIE MARCELLUS , DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARIE M. MARCELLUS A/K/A MARIE MARCELLUS, DECEASED; VLADIMIR JEAN PIERRE; INTERNATIONAL FIDELITY INSURANCE COMPANY are the Defendant(s).
